I founded Heal with Spirit following a lenghty battle with eating disorders, alcohol & drug addictions and the loss of my Mum & Dad. My grief and pain have propelled me into a life of ceremony and healing, and I am honoured to be here, sharing my methods, practice and offerings with people like you.
